At the moment reseandbare.com is just a baby and our online store is your exclusive platform to purchase our products. We have no physical store available for customers to visit at this stage.

SHIPPING, EXCHANGE + RETURNS
I've received my order, but I am not happy with it. Can I exchange, refund or return the item?
We have options available for customers that are not satisfied with their Rose and Bare purchase. For more information, read our RETURN POLICY.

How quickly will receive my purchase?
We aim to send out your purchase 3 working days after purchase. Products will not be dispatched on weekends or Australian Public Holidays. AusPost take 5-10 working days to deliver depending on your location.
DHL international shipping to USA, Canada, Western Europe and Asia take approximately 3-4 days for major cities. If it’s a rural delivery it can take a little longer. Please note that this is an estimation provided by our carriers. The estimated time does not include the customs processing which are unfortunately out of our control.
Can I track my order?
Yes! We ship with AusPost and DHL. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your purchase has been dispatched from our warehouse in Australia.
I live outside of Australia. Can I still place an order?
We ship to a number of international countries using DHL! So if you live within one of our delivery countries we can ship it to you for a fee. See delivery countries here.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We want to make our payments safe and convenient for you, so we accept the following forms of payment. Credit cards and debit cards(Visa, Mastercad) PayPal, AfterPay and RB gift Cards.
How do I know if the purchase I made was successful?
When you decide on your new product and make a purchase with RoseandBare.com, we will send you a confirmation email with the details. if you haven't received a confirmation email within 24 hours of your purchase, please contact us.
I've made an order but have changed my mind. How can I change my order?
You need to be quick! if you want to change your order, contact us as soon as possible. We always aim to be pretty quick with processing and packing orders and your order can only be changed as long as it has not already been shipped.
How do I cancel my order?
We are fairly quick with processing orders and ship as fast as possible, so if you want to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible! Your order can be cancelled as long as it hasn't already been shipped. Rose and Bare will however take a 5% cancellation fee.
I have a voucher! Do I have to use it all in one transaction?
Lucky you! No, vouchers can be redeemed on Rose and Bare.com as full or part payment. If you use part of your voucher, the balance will update and you can use the remainder of your voucher on another purchase in the near future.
Can I pay with another currency?
Our website allows you to pay in a number of currencies.
On any page of the website, in the bottom left hand side of the screen, a drop down option is available to select a variety of global currencies. The website will reload and your chosen currency should be visible on all products.
How does AfterPay work?
AfterPay is a service provided by the third party company to AUSTRALIA residents only. For further information on how this service works, we suggest heading to their website.

Not 100% satisfied with your recent RoseandBare.com purchase? We are happy to offer refunds or exchanges on our bras that are in original condition, with the return tag still attached, within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you would like to change your item for a different colour or size, please email us at email@example.com and submit your request. We will send you a return authorisation and ship out a new size or colour once the returned item has been received and checked. Please note that any original shipping costs will not be refunded.
If you purchased the item you want to return with a gift card, a new gift card with the purchase price of your item will be issued.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Returned items must not be worn, used, washed or altered in any way. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.
If your refund is accepted, we will refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method.
If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item/s will be sent back to you.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on Our Briefs, Lace G or Our Little G (unless the item arrived damaged or is faulty).
The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. It's a good idea to get insurance for the value of the items you are returning, and obtain proof of postage. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
Refunds usually take 2 - 3 weeks to be received and processed depending on where you're posting them from. We will keep in touch with you along the way and send you an email once it's all done.

CUSTOMS DUTIES + TAXES
International orders may be subject to local customs charges. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. Customs policies vary from country to country and with the exception of New Zealand will be charged in Australian (AUD) dollars. Some countries in the EU also require a PASSPORT NUMBER or ID NUMBER for shipment. We do not keep or store this number, it is only used as requested by DHL.
If goods are ABOVE the threshold and customs entry is required, our logistics partner will charge an additional admin handling fee for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Rose and Bare cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order. In this case if you choose to refuse to pay these charges, your parcel may be abandoned, and Rose and Bare will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. For more information about your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
